重慶樓承板是在壓型樓承板的基礎上改進而來。鋼筋桁架是在后臺加工場定型加工,可預制長度。現場施工需要先將桁架樓承板擺放到正確位置,焊接制作鋼筋,后焊接栓釘,再放置現場鋼筋進行綁扎,驗收后澆筑混凝土。樓承板廠家為您介紹下樓承板的構造及特性:
1、結(jie)構(gou)構(gou)造
樓承(cheng)板是將混凝土板中的(de)鋼筋(jin)與施(shi)工(gong)模(mo)板組合為(wei)一(yi)體(ti),組成一(yi)個在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)階段能承(cheng)受濕混凝土自重及施(shi)工(gong)荷載的(de)承(cheng)重構件,并作(zuo)為(wei)鋼梁的(de)側向(xiang)支撐(cheng);在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)階段鋼筋(jin)桁(heng)架與混凝土共(gong)同工(gong)作(zuo),承(cheng)受使(shi)用(yong)荷載。
2、使(shi)用材料
⑴鋼(gang)筋(jin):上下弦采用成(cheng)盤供應(ying)的(de)熱軋(ya)鋼(gang)筋(jin)HPB235、HRB400或冷軋(ya)帶(dai)肋鋼(gang)筋(jin)550級;腹桿采用成(cheng)盤供應(ying)的(de)冷軋(ya)光圓(yuan)鋼(gang)筋(jin)550級或650級;桁架(jia)支座鋼(gang)筋(jin)用熱軋(ya)鋼(gang)筋(jin)HPB235或HRB335。
⑵鍍鋅鋼板:底模采用0.5mm厚的鍍鋅鋼板,雙面鍍鋅量為120~180gm/㎡。
⑶栓釘:為了使混凝(ning)土與鋼梁(liang)能效果(guo)優良(liang)地連接成整體,在鋼梁(liang)上(shang)設(she)置了栓釘,采用一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)栓釘機進行施(shi)工。樓承板橫(heng)斷(duan)面
3、施工(gong)特(te)性
與以往的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法不同(tong),在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)可(ke)直接將樓承(cheng)板鋪設(she)在(zai)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)梁上,然后(hou)進行簡單的鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,便可(ke)澆筑混凝土。使(shi)(shi)用(yong)該(gai)模板不需架(jia)設(she)木模及腳手架(jia),底(di)部鍍鋅(xin)壓型鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板僅作(zuo)為模板使(shi)(shi)用(yong),不替代受力鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋,故不需考慮性能穩(wen)定(ding)噴涂(tu)及性能穩(wen)定(ding)維(wei)護等問題,因而施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)速(su)度適宜,可(ke)減少現場(chang)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋綁扎工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量約70%,縮短工(gong)(gong)(gong)期并節省(sheng)成本。此(ci)外,鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋排列均勻,上下兩(liang)層鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋間距(ju)及混凝土保(bao)護層厚度能充分深受保(bao)護,為提高樓板施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量創(chuang)造了有利條(tiao)件(jian)。
