樓(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)首(shou)要起到防(fang)腐的(de)效果,按標(biao)準組(zu)合樓(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)與(yu)非組(zu)合樓(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)壓型鋼板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)應選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)熱鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin),不該選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)電鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)鋼板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),其雙(shuang)面(mian)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層總含(han)量(liang)(liang)要滿(man)足在使(shi)用(yong)(yong)期間不致銹損的(de)要求。當(dang)(dang)作(zuo)為(wei)非組(zu)合樓(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)時(shi),鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層含(han)量(liang)(liang)可(ke)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)較低值(zhi)(zhi);當(dang)(dang)為(wei)組(zu)合樓(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)時(shi),鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層含(han)量(liang)(liang)不該小于150g/m2。當(dang)(dang)為(wei)組(zu)合樓(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)且使(shi)用(yong)(yong)環境條件較為(wei)惡劣(lie)時(shi),鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層含(han)量(liang)(liang)應選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)上限值(zhi)(zhi)或(huo)更(geng)高(gao)值(zhi)(zhi)。更(geng)高(gao)的(de)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,如雙(shuang)面(mian)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)300g/m2、350g/m2或(huo)鍍(du)鋁鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(5%鋁)275g/m2、300g/m2等,較高(gao)的(de)鍍(du)層量(liang)(liang)使(shi)組(zu)合樓(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)有更(geng)長(chang)耐久(jiu)性,同等量(liang)(liang)的(de)鍍(du)鋁鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)防(fang)銹蝕才能大(da)約(yue)兩倍(bei)于一般熱鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)。鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)量(liang)(liang)也不是越厚越好,當(dang)(dang)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)量(liang)(liang)較厚時(shi),抗剪連接(jie)件栓(shuan)釘的(de)焊接(jie)質量(liang)(liang)就(jiu)很(hen)難(nan)保證,焊接(jie)時(shi),宜選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)局部除(chu)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)處理措施。

重慶鍍鋅卷主要(yao)有(you)(you):脫(tuo)落(luo)、劃(hua)傷、鈍化(hua)斑(ban)、鋅粒(li)、厚邊(bian)、氣刀條痕、氣刀刮痕、露鋼、夾雜(za)、機(ji)械(xie)損傷、鋼基性能(neng)不良(liang)、浪(lang)邊(bian)、瓢曲、尺寸不合、壓印(yin)、鋅層厚度不合、輥印(yin)等(deng)(deng)。鋅層脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)(de)主要(yao)原因有(you)(you):表(biao)面(mian)氧化(hua)、有(you)(you)硅化(hua)合物、冷(leng)扎(zha)乳化(hua)液太臟、NOF段氧化(hua)氣氛及保護氣體露點(dian)太高(gao)、空燃比(bi)不合理(li)、氫氣流量(liang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)低(di)、爐(lu)子(zi)有(you)(you)氧滲入(ru),帶(dai)鋼入(ru)鍋(guo)溫(wen)度偏(pian)(pian)(pian)低(di),RWP段爐(lu)壓偏(pian)(pian)(pian)低(di)及爐(lu)門吸風、NOF段爐(lu)溫(wen)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)低(di),油脂蒸發不盡、鋅鍋(guo)鋁(lv)含量(liang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)低(di)、機(ji)組(zu)速度太快、還原不充分、鋅液中停留(liu)時間(jian)太短、鍍層偏(pian)(pian)(pian)厚。白(bai)銹和黑斑(ban)產(chan)生的(de)(de)原因有(you)(you):黑斑(ban)是白(bai)銹進一步氧化(hua)形成的(de)(de)鍍鋅板的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian)與用途。鍍鋅卷板是以熱軋(ya)鋼帶(dai)或冷(leng)軋(ya)鋼帶(dai)為基板,經過連續(xu)熱浸鍍鋅工藝而生產(chan)出(chu)來的(de)(de), 產(chan)品(pin)具有(you)(you)耐腐蝕強、 表(biao)面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)好、有(you)(you)利于深加工、經濟實(shi)用等(deng)(deng)特(te)點(dian)。
鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)鋼(gang)板按用(yong)(yong)途又可分為(wei)(wei)一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)(yong)、屋頂用(yong)(yong)、建筑(zhu)外側板用(yong)(yong)、結(jie)(jie)構(gou)用(yong)(yong)、瓦壟板用(yong)(yong)、拉伸用(yong)(yong)和深沖(chong)用(yong)(yong)等鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)鋼(gang)板。對于一(yi)般(ban)防保護(hu)用(yong)(yong)鍍(du)(du)層,可以采(cai)用(yong)(yong)堿性(xing)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)酸鹽鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)彩色鈍(dun)化(hua)工藝。有時為(wei)(wei)了(le)產(chan)品的配色需要(yao),也可以采(cai)用(yong)(yong)藍白色鈍(dun)化(hua)工藝,比如軍綠色鈍(dun)化(hua)、黑色鈍(dun)化(hua)等。為(wei)(wei)提高鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)的耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing)能,對一(yi)般(ban)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)進行(xing)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)卷分熱鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)和電鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)兩種(zhong),熱鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)層厚,電鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)成本低,表面不是很光滑。吹氧(yang)焊管(guan)(guan):用(yong)(yong)作(zuo)煉(lian)鋼(gang)吹氧(yang)用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan),一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)(yong)小口徑(jing)的焊接(jie)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan),規(gui)格由3/8-2寸八(ba)種(zhong)。用(yong)(yong)08、10、15、20或(huo)者195-Q235的鋼(gang)帶制作(zuo)成的,為(wei)(wei)了(le)防腐(fu)蝕(shi),有得進行(xing)滲(shen)鋁處理。鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)其防護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)更強,抗腐(fu)蝕(shi)能力(li)強。整(zheng)個結(jie)(jie)構(gou)由鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),形成致密的四(si)元結(jie)(jie)晶體,此結(jie)(jie)晶體在(zai)鋼(gang)板上形成一(yi)層屏障, 因而有效的防止腐(fu)蝕(shi)因子(zi)穿(chuan)透。 耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing)來自鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的障礙層保護(hu)功能強。
