鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)卷分熱鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)和(he)(he)電鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)兩(liang)種,熱鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層厚,具有(you)(you)鍍(du)層均勻,附(fu)著力強(qiang)(qiang),使(shi)用壽命(ming)長等(deng)優點。電鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)成本低,表(biao)面不是很(hen)(hen)光滑,其本身的(de)(de)耐腐蝕性(xing)(xing)比熱鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)管相差很(hen)(hen)多。提(ti)起鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)管,可能(neng)沒接觸過(guo)建材的(de)(de)朋友并不了解。從1935年建立一條連續(xu)涂(tu)(tu)層鋼(gang)板(ban)線開始,彩涂(tu)(tu)板(ban)得到了廣泛應(ying)用,目前(qian)彩涂(tu)(tu)板(ban)的(de)(de)品種繁多,大約超過(guo)600種,彩涂(tu)(tu)板(ban)兼有(you)(you)機(ji)聚合物與鋼(gang)板(ban)兩(liang)者(zhe)的(de)(de)優點,既有(you)(you)有(you)(you)機(ji)聚合物的(de)(de)良好(hao)著色(se)性(xing)(xing)、成型性(xing)(xing)、耐蝕性(xing)(xing)、裝飾(shi)性(xing)(xing)、又有(you)(you)鋼(gang)板(ban)的(de)(de)高強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)(he)易加工性(xing)(xing),能(neng)很(hen)(hen)容易地(di)進行沖(chong)壓裁剪、彎曲、深(shen)沖(chong)等(deng)加工。
