攀鋼冷軋卷堆積樓承板的地坪應基本平坦,鋼筋桁架樓承板堆積不宜過高,每堆不超越60張。新疆冷軋卷批發樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)運至現場(chang),需妥善(shan)保(bao)護,不(bu)(bu)得有任何損壞和(he)污染(ran),特別不(bu)(bu)得感(gan)染(ran)油污。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)應(ying)根據排版圖預先(xian)切開、編(bian)號。起吊(diao)(diao)前,每捆要有兩條鋼絲繩,分別捆于兩頭四分之(zhi)一鋼板(ban)長度處(chu),采(cai)用專用吊(diao)(diao)具(ju)吊(diao)(diao)起。應(ying)先(xian)行(xing)試吊(diao)(diao),檢查重心是否穩定(ding),鋼索是否會滑動,待牢靠,無慮時(shi)(shi)方可吊(diao)(diao)起。起吊(diao)(diao)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)從下往上(shang)樓(lou)(lou)層次(ci)序吊(diao)(diao)料為原則,避免因(yin)先(xian)行(xing)吊(diao)(diao)放上(shang)層資(zi)料后,阻止(zhi)下面樓(lou)(lou)層的(de)吊(diao)(diao)放作業。整疊樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)放梁面時(shi)(shi),應(ying)考慮梁的(de)承(cheng)載(zai)能力,避免因(yin)集中載(zai)荷過(guo)大(da),造成梁的(de)變(bian)形(xing)。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)吊(diao)(diao)至樓(lou)(lou)層,暫時(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)鋪設(she)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)作牢靠固定(ding),避免飛落和(he)滑落傷人。
樓(lou)(lou)承板(ban)(ban)(ban)組合板(ban)(ban)(ban)是一種十分合理的(de)(de)(de)結構方(fang)(fang)式,它能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)按其(qi)各(ge)組成(cheng)部件所處的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)位和(he)特色,充分發(fa)揮鋼材抗拉和(he)混(hun)凝(ning)土抗壓功能(neng)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)長處,并(bing)具(ju)(ju)有(you)杰出的(de)(de)(de)抗震功能(neng)、施工功能(neng)。這種結構現(xian)在被廣(guang)泛運(yun)用(yong)(yong)于國(guo)內外修建中(zhong),但在國(guo)內大(da)都將樓(lou)(lou)承板(ban)(ban)(ban)當作(zuo)模(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)運(yun)用(yong)(yong),而沒(mei)有(you)充分發(fa)揮樓(lou)(lou)承板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。 與一般(ban)鋼筋(jin)混(hun)凝(ning)土樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)比較,樓(lou)(lou)承板(ban)(ban)(ban)組合樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)具(ju)(ju)備以下長處:樓(lou)(lou)承板(ban)(ban)(ban)能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)作(zuo)為現(xian)澆混(hun)凝(ning)土的(de)(de)(de)模(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)。這樣就省(sheng)掉(diao)了(le)施工中(zhong)裝(zhuang)置和(he)撤除模(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)等工序,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)節約(yue)了(le)時(shi)刻和(he)勞動力;當樓(lou)(lou)承板(ban)(ban)(ban)裝(zhuang)置好(hao)今后(hou)(hou)將能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)作(zuo)為施工平臺運(yun)用(yong)(yong)。
熱鍍(du)(du)鋅生產(chan)發展(zhan)一(yi)直(zhi)處于滯(zhi)后狀態。20世(shi)紀(ji)50年代(dai)到60年代(dai)陸續建(jian)(jian)成了13條單張鋼板熔劑(ji)法熱鍍(du)(du)鋅機組(zu),能(neng)力為10萬t/a,但因(yin)產(chan)量低、成本高、質量差、污(wu)染環境、經濟(ji)效益差等(deng)缺陷已(yi)先后停、轉產(chan)。從(cong)20世(shi)紀(ji)70年代(dai)末,我國(guo)(guo)才開始建(jian)(jian)造大(da)型寬(kuan)帶熱鍍(du)(du)鋅機組(zu)。熱鍍(du)(du)鋅帶鋼在我國(guo)(guo)市場(chang)一(yi)直(zhi)是緊缺品種。從(cong)20世(shi)紀(ji)90年代(dai)中期以來,每年都要(yao)從(cong)國(guo)(guo)外進口(kou)80-100萬t左(zuo)右。隨著(zhu)國(guo)(guo)內經濟(ji)的(de)(de)發展(zhan),尤其是汽(qi)車(che)、家電及建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業的(de)(de)發展(zhan),對鍍(du)(du)鋅帶鋼的(de)(de)需求量也大(da)大(da)增(zeng)加(jia)。
