樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)鋼結構柱網(wang)間(jian)距(ju)一般5~9.0m×8~15m,次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)間(jian)距(ju)3m,而樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)下(xia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)長(chang)度(du)為(wei)4.97~8.97m,運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸與安裝(zhuang)均較困難(nan),尤其(qi)是帶由圓弧(hu)區(qu)垂直(zhi)吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban),由上而下(xia)在(zai)(zai)次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)狹間(jian)穿套比較困難(nan),且打亂了次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)焊接正常工序。控制下(xia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)長(chang)度(du)為(wei)3~6m,則可避免(mian)垂直(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸時在(zai)(zai)次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)間(jian)無法吊(diao)(diao)運(yun)(yun)(yun)的問題。 樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)吊(diao)(diao)運(yun)(yun)(yun)時采(cai)用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)軟吊(diao)(diao)索。每(mei)次(ci)(ci)吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)時應(ying)檢查軟吊(diao)(diao)索是否有(you)撕裂、割(ge)斷現象。樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)擱置在(zai)(zai)鋼梁(liang)上時應(ying)防止探頭(tou)。鋪料(liao)(liao)(liao)時操作(zuo)人(ren)員應(ying)系帶,并(bing)保證邊鋪設(she)邊固定在(zai)(zai)周邊繩上。 焊接采(cai)用(yong)熔透點焊連接,施焊前應(ying)準備邊角料(liao)(liao)(liao)引弧(hu)試焊,調整施焊電流.因樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)底(di)部無水平模板(ban)(ban)及(ji)垂直(zhi)支撐(cheng),澆(jiao)筑混凝土時布料(liao)(liao)(liao)不宜太(tai)集(ji)中,采(cai)用(yong)平板(ban)(ban)振搗(dao)(dao)器及(ji)時分攤振搗(dao)(dao)。
