鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)方(fang)管(guan)(guan)是(shi)一種(zhong)(zhong)具(ju)以(yi)熱(re)軋或冷(leng)軋鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)帶(dai)鋼(gang)(gang)或鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)卷板為坯料經冷(leng)彎(wan)曲加(jia)工成(cheng)(cheng)型后(hou)再經高頻焊接制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)方(fang)形截面形狀尺寸的(de)(de)空(kong)心方(fang)形的(de)(de)截面型鋼(gang)(gang)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan);鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)卷或將事先做(zuo)好的(de)(de)冷(leng)彎(wan)空(kong)心型鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)再經熱(re)浸鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)加(jia)工而(er)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)方(fang)矩管(guan)(guan)。鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)量是(shi)表(biao)示鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)板鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層(ceng)厚度的(de)(de)一個普遍采用的(de)(de)有(you)效方(fang)法(fa)。鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)量的(de)(de)單位為g/m2。鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層(ceng)通(tong)過鈍化處理(li),可減少潮溫(wen)貯(zhu)運條件下產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)折(zhe)銹蝕(shi)(白銹) 。但這種(zhong)(zhong)化學處理(li)的(de)(de)防腐蝕(shi)性(xing)能是(shi)有(you)限的(de)(de),而(er)且,妨礙大多(duo)數(shu)涂料的(de)(de)附著(zhu)性(xing)。這種(zhong)(zhong)處理(li)一般不用在鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)鐵合金(jin)鍍(du)層(ceng),除光整表(biao)面外,作為常規,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)廠對其(qi)他類型的(de)(de)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層(ceng)均進行(xing)鈍化處理(li)。
重慶樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)分兩種。一(yi)種是(shi)把(ba)(ba)樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)當(dang)做(zuo)承(cheng)受(shou)拉力(li)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)筋(jin)計算(suan)的(de)(de),另外一(yi)種是(shi)僅把(ba)(ba)樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)作為(wei)模板(ban)(ban)(ban)計算(suan)而不(bu)參與(yu)受(shou)力(li)的(de)(de)。做(zuo)模板(ban)(ban)(ban)計算(suan)的(de)(de)比(bi)較(jiao)簡單,直接按照跨度頂就(jiu)行(xing)了。2米(mi)以下選(xuan)0.8的(de)(de),2-3米(mi)的(de)(de)選(xuan)1.0的(de)(de)。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)作為(wei)受(shou)力(li)鋼(gang)筋(jin)計算(suan),就(jiu)按照模板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)選(xuan)用樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(或者加厚且(qie)只能加厚),然后在計算(suan)配筋(jin)的(de)(de)時候可以按照面積減少鋼(gang)筋(jin)用量。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)不(bu)能單獨計算(suan)的(de)(de),它和整(zheng)個樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)是(shi)一(yi)個體(ti)系的(de)(de)。
樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)首要(yao)(yao)起到防(fang)腐的(de)(de)(de)效果,按標準組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)與非組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)壓型鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)應選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熱鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),不(bu)該(gai)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban),其雙(shuang)面鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)層總含(han)(han)量要(yao)(yao)滿足在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期間不(bu)致銹損(sun)的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求。當(dang)作為非組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)時,鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)層含(han)(han)量可選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低值;當(dang)為組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)時,鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)層含(han)(han)量不(bu)該(gai)小于150g/m2。當(dang)為組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)且使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)環(huan)境條件較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為惡(e)劣時,鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)層含(han)(han)量應選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)上限(xian)值或更高值。更高的(de)(de)(de)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)要(yao)(yao)求,如雙(shuang)面鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)量為300g/m2、350g/m2或鍍(du)(du)鋁鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(5%鋁)275g/m2、300g/m2等(deng),較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)鍍(du)(du)層量使(shi)組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)有更長耐(nai)久性,同等(deng)量的(de)(de)(de)鍍(du)(du)鋁鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)防(fang)銹蝕才(cai)能(neng)大約兩(liang)倍于一般熱鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)量也不(bu)是越厚(hou)越好(hao),當(dang)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)量較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)厚(hou)時,抗剪連接件栓釘(ding)的(de)(de)(de)焊接質(zhi)量就很難保(bao)證(zheng),焊接時,宜選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)局(ju)部除鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)處(chu)理措施。
樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)鋼結構柱網間距(ju)(ju)一般5~9.0m×8~15m,次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)(liang)間距(ju)(ju)3m,而樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)下料(liao)(liao)長(chang)度為4.97~8.97m,運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)與(yu)安裝(zhuang)均較困難,尤其是(shi)帶由(you)圓弧區垂(chui)直(zhi)吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban),由(you)上而下在次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)(liang)狹間穿套比(bi)較困難,且打亂(luan)了次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)(liang)焊(han)接正(zheng)常工序。控制下料(liao)(liao)長(chang)度為3~6m,則可避免垂(chui)直(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)在次(ci)(ci)梁(liang)(liang)間無法吊(diao)(diao)運(yun)(yun)(yun)的問題。 樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)吊(diao)(diao)運(yun)(yun)(yun)時(shi)(shi)(shi)采用(yong)專用(yong)軟吊(diao)(diao)索。每次(ci)(ci)吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)應檢(jian)查軟吊(diao)(diao)索是(shi)否(fou)有撕裂、割(ge)斷現象。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)擱置在鋼梁(liang)(liang)上時(shi)(shi)(shi)應防(fang)止探頭。鋪(pu)料(liao)(liao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)操作人員(yuan)應系帶,并(bing)保證邊鋪(pu)設邊固定在周邊繩上。 焊(han)接采用(yong)熔透(tou)點(dian)焊(han)連接,施(shi)焊(han)前應準備邊角料(liao)(liao)引(yin)弧試焊(han),調整施(shi)焊(han)電流.因樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)(cheng)板(ban)(ban)底部無水平模板(ban)(ban)及垂(chui)直(zhi)支(zhi)撐,澆筑混凝土時(shi)(shi)(shi)布料(liao)(liao)不(bu)宜太(tai)集中,采用(yong)平板(ban)(ban)振(zhen)搗(dao)器(qi)及時(shi)(shi)(shi)分攤振(zhen)搗(dao)。
