堆積(ji)(ji)樓承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)地坪應(ying)基本平坦,鋼(gang)筋(jin)桁架樓承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)堆積(ji)(ji)不(bu)宜過高,每堆不(bu)超越60張。樓承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)運(yun)至(zhi)現場,需妥善保護,不(bu)得(de)有任(ren)何損壞(huai)和(he)污(wu)染(ran),特別不(bu)得(de)感染(ran)油污(wu)。樓承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)應(ying)根據排版(ban)圖預(yu)先切開(kai)、編號。起(qi)吊(diao)(diao)(diao)前,每捆要有兩條鋼(gang)絲繩,分(fen)別捆于(yu)兩頭四分(fen)之一(yi)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)長(chang)度處,采(cai)用專用吊(diao)(diao)(diao)具吊(diao)(diao)(diao)起(qi)。應(ying)先行試吊(diao)(diao)(diao),檢(jian)查重(zhong)心是否穩(wen)定(ding),鋼(gang)索是否會滑動,待牢靠,無慮時(shi)方可吊(diao)(diao)(diao)起(qi)。起(qi)吊(diao)(diao)(diao)時(shi),應(ying)從(cong)下(xia)往上樓層(ceng)次(ci)序吊(diao)(diao)(diao)料(liao)為(wei)原則,避(bi)免因(yin)先行吊(diao)(diao)(diao)放上層(ceng)資(zi)料(liao)后,阻止(zhi)下(xia)面樓層(ceng)的(de)吊(diao)(diao)(diao)放作業。整疊樓承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)放梁面時(shi),應(ying)考慮梁的(de)承(cheng)載(zai)能力,避(bi)免因(yin)集中(zhong)載(zai)荷過大,造(zao)成(cheng)梁的(de)變形(xing)。樓承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)吊(diao)(diao)(diao)至(zhi)樓層(ceng),暫時(shi)不(bu)鋪設時(shi),應(ying)作牢靠固定(ding),避(bi)免飛落和(he)滑落傷(shang)人(ren)。
