首先,在鋼結構樓層(ceng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)中要(yao)達到耐火1.5小(xiao)時,總的(de)來(lai)說可(ke)以選擇開口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、縮口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、閉口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)三大(da)類。規(gui)范上(shang)混凝土要(yao)高(gao)于開口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)肋頂(ding)之(zhi)上(shang)80mm,并且板(ban)(ban)(ban)底需配置(zhi)板(ban)(ban)(ban)底受力筋。還有一種就是(shi)再開口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)底部(bu)刷防火涂(tu)料,涂(tu)料厚度(du)大(da)于等于15,這(zhe)樣的(de)話,只要(yao)達到構造要(yao)求高(gao)于肋頂(ding)5公分就可(ke)以了(le)。而(er)縮口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)閉口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban),只需要(yao)總的(de)樓板(ban)(ban)(ban)厚度(du)大(da)于等于110即可(ke),但(dan)是(shi)縮口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)雖然在防火方面(mian)比開口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)要(yao)好。但(dan)是(shi)底部(bu)還是(shi)需要(yao)加板(ban)(ban)(ban)底受力筋,而(er)閉口(kou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)則不需要(yao)。
樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)組合(he)板(ban)(ban)(ban)是(shi)一(yi)種十分(fen)(fen)合(he)理的(de)(de)結(jie)構方式,它能(neng)夠按(an)其各組成部件所處的(de)(de)方位和特色,充分(fen)(fen)發(fa)揮鋼材抗拉和混凝土(tu)抗壓功(gong)能(neng)好的(de)(de)長處,并具(ju)(ju)有(you)杰(jie)出的(de)(de)抗震功(gong)能(neng)、施工(gong)功(gong)能(neng)。這種結(jie)構現(xian)在被廣泛(fan)運用于(yu)國(guo)內(nei)外修建中,但在國(guo)內(nei)大都將樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)當(dang)作模(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)運用,而沒有(you)充分(fen)(fen)發(fa)揮樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)效果(guo)。 與(yu)一(yi)般鋼筋混凝土(tu)樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)比(bi)較,樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)具(ju)(ju)備以下長處:樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)能(neng)夠作為(wei)(wei)現(xian)澆混凝土(tu)的(de)(de)模(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)。這樣就(jiu)省掉了(le)施工(gong)中裝置和撤除模(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)等工(gong)序,然(ran)后節約(yue)了(le)時(shi)刻和勞動力;當(dang)樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)裝置好今后將能(neng)夠作為(wei)(wei)施工(gong)平臺運用。
堆(dui)積(ji)樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)的(de)地坪(ping)應(ying)基(ji)本平坦,鋼筋桁架樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)堆(dui)積(ji)不(bu)(bu)宜過(guo)高,每堆(dui)不(bu)(bu)超越(yue)60張。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)運至現場,需妥善保護,不(bu)(bu)得(de)有(you)任何損壞和污染,特別(bie)(bie)不(bu)(bu)得(de)感染油污。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)應(ying)根據排版圖預先(xian)(xian)切(qie)開、編(bian)號。起吊前,每捆要有(you)兩(liang)條鋼絲繩,分(fen)別(bie)(bie)捆于兩(liang)頭四分(fen)之一鋼板(ban)長度處,采用(yong)專用(yong)吊具吊起。應(ying)先(xian)(xian)行試吊,檢查重(zhong)心(xin)是否(fou)穩(wen)定(ding),鋼索是否(fou)會(hui)滑(hua)動(dong),待牢靠,無慮時(shi)方可吊起。起吊時(shi),應(ying)從下往上(shang)(shang)樓(lou)(lou)層(ceng)(ceng)次序吊料為原則(ze),避(bi)免因先(xian)(xian)行吊放(fang)上(shang)(shang)層(ceng)(ceng)資(zi)料后,阻止下面樓(lou)(lou)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)吊放(fang)作業。整疊樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)放(fang)梁(liang)面時(shi),應(ying)考慮梁(liang)的(de)承(cheng)載能力,避(bi)免因集中(zhong)載荷過(guo)大,造成梁(liang)的(de)變(bian)形(xing)。樓(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)吊至樓(lou)(lou)層(ceng)(ceng),暫時(shi)不(bu)(bu)鋪設時(shi),應(ying)作牢靠固定(ding),避(bi)免飛落和滑(hua)落傷人。
