樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)首要(yao)起到防腐的(de)(de)效果(guo),按標準組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)與非(fei)組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)壓型鋼板(ban)(ban)應選用(yong)熱鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin),不(bu)(bu)(bu)該(gai)選用(yong)電鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)鋼板(ban)(ban),其雙面鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)層(ceng)總含量(liang)(liang)(liang)要(yao)滿足在使用(yong)期(qi)間不(bu)(bu)(bu)致(zhi)銹(xiu)損的(de)(de)要(yao)求。當作為(wei)非(fei)組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)時(shi),鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)層(ceng)含量(liang)(liang)(liang)可選用(yong)較(jiao)(jiao)低值;當為(wei)組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)承(cheng)板(ban)(ban)時(shi),鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)層(ceng)含量(liang)(liang)(liang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)該(gai)小于150g/m2。當為(wei)組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)且使用(yong)環境條件較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)惡劣時(shi),鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)層(ceng)含量(liang)(liang)(liang)應選用(yong)上限值或(huo)更高值。更高的(de)(de)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)要(yao)求,如雙面鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)300g/m2、350g/m2或(huo)鍍(du)(du)鋁鋅(xin)(xin)(5%鋁)275g/m2、300g/m2等,較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)鍍(du)(du)層(ceng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)使組合(he)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)板(ban)(ban)有(you)更長耐久性,同(tong)等量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)鍍(du)(du)鋁鋅(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)防銹(xiu)蝕才能大約兩倍于一般熱鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)。鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)量(liang)(liang)(liang)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)是越(yue)厚(hou)越(yue)好,當鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)量(liang)(liang)(liang)較(jiao)(jiao)厚(hou)時(shi),抗(kang)剪(jian)連接(jie)件栓(shuan)釘的(de)(de)焊接(jie)質量(liang)(liang)(liang)就(jiu)很難保證,焊接(jie)時(shi),宜(yi)選用(yong)局部除鋅(xin)(xin)處理措施。
